Your responsibilities

  • Handle acquisition files from A to Z, including LOIs, due diligence, transaction documents and closing.
  • Advise on corporate structures and implement reorganisations.
  • Draft a wide range of corporate documents (incorporations, branch openings, dividends, mergers, demergers and liquidations).
  • Provide advice on corporate governance matters.
  • Interact directly with clients and external advisors.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm and its future growth.

Let’s talk about you

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate / M&A
  • An international experience or an LL.M. in Corporate Law is a plus.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (French is an asset).
  • You are a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
