As a Competition Lawyer:

• Advise clients on investigations, behavioural matters and regulatory strategy.
• Represent clients before the European Commission and national authorities.
• Handle State aid, FDI and Foreign Subsidies Regulation matters.
• Work closely with international teams on cross-border competition files.
• Actively contribute to business development and team growth initiatives.

• You are a Competition lawyer with 5 to 8 years of experience.
• You are qualified in an EU jurisdiction.
• You have strong exposure to investigations and behavioural matters (merger control is not the main focus).
• You are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
• You have an outgoing personality and a genuine interest in business development.
