Our Commercial, Litigation & Arbitration team is looking for an experienced Management Assistant, to ensure the smooth operation of the team by providing essential administrative support to our lawyers.

Your responsibilities

As a Management Assistant, you support our lawyers administratively. The range of tasks is varied and includes:

  • Preparation and follow-up of the invoicing procedure.
  • Opening and management of new matters in our ERP system.
  • Support for 3 Partners and 2 Counsel and their teams in the day-to-day management of cases: preparation of court documents, finalisation of submissions, daily monitoring of deadlines, etc.
  • Organisation, preparation and monitoring hearings within the firm
  • Creation and update of our CRM data-base.
  • Follow-up on lawyers' legal obligations (such as bar obligations).
  • Organisation of meetings, both internal as external, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensuring that all documents look pristine with impeccable layout.
  • Calendar management for our lawyers.
  • Creating PR/POs for the team, monitoring of expense notes.

Your profile

As a Management Assistant, you have a previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position. Experience in a law firm is considered a plus.

Moreover, you are a fluent communicator: you have an outstanding level of French and English , both written and spoken. A good  knowledge and the ability to interact on an informal basis in Dutch will be considered a plus. You are fluent with the common MS Office tools.
