Main Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the formalities for setting up Luxembourg structures;
  • You ensure compliance with legal obligations (meeting of boards of directors, AGM, drafting of minutes, ,...) for a portfolio of companies;
  • You are in charge of paying invoices and certain taxes for client companies;
  • You participate in the administrative management of companies (mail management, follow-up of various legal documents,...).

Qualifications and experience

  • You have a Bac+3 with a legal and administrative vocation;
  • 2 years' experience in a similar field is an asset;
  • You are fluent in French and English. Fluency in another language is an asset;
  • Your computer skills (Office environment, Demasy) are excellent;
  • You are customer service oriented, you have a commercial mind;
  • Your thoroughness and organization allow you to set your priorities correctly, meet deadlines and deliver quality work;
  • Autonomous and with a sense of responsibility, you want to invest yourself within a dynamic team;
  • With good contacts and team spirit, you integrate easily and guarantee good professional relationships both internally and externally;
