Our client is a fast growing fintech active in the banking sector.

Responsibilities

As Head of Compliance you will be responsible for:

the Compliance and Risk Management in Belgium,
manage the team,
SPOC for the supervisory authorities in Belgium,
the Compliance and Risk & Control Framework,
training the first line
investigation, advising, performing impact assessment,
supporting the implementation of legal requirements,
Reporting to local management.

Profile

The required profile for the Head of Compliance position:

Fluency in Dutch and English;
5+ years’ experience in financial markets;
Knowledge of and experience with EU and Belgian compliance regulations;
People management experience.
