For our client, a multinational in the food industry, we are looking for a Legal Counsel with experience in Real Estate and an interest for commercial contracting.
Dutch of French native with an excellent command of English.

Taken

Act as a partner for all the departments at the head office in Brussels with the power to communicate the importance of legal to the business.
Advising on a variety of legal matters with a focus on real estate and commercial contracting.
Report to the General Counsel and maintain regular contact with the legal teams in other markets and at HQ. Furthermore, you will co-manage the relationship with outside counsel.

Profiel

Minimum 3 years of legal experience with a passion for real estate work and an interest for other legal matters.
-Skilled in contract drafting/negotiations (real estate and other commercial agreements).
The legal counsel should be a native Dutch or French speaker and be fluent in English.
You should have strong team player skills, be flexible and be able to work autonomously.
