Compliance Director

As a Compliance Director you will be managing the regulatory risks various countries and supporting the further growth of the company. Among other responsibilities, you will: 

• Ensure the ongoing development of the compliance program strategy for the group 
• Coordinate, design and execute compliance related risk management activities, investigations,  monitoring and reporting 
• Manage Compliance Counsels and external consultants or legal counsels 
• Work on global regulatory obligations compliance alongside another Compliance Director  
• Coordinate trainings, ensure  knowledge sharing, compliance integration and systematic reporting 
• Maintain strong business partner relationships with various stakeholders  

• Degree in law, business economics or equivalent through experience 
• 8+ years of experience as Compliance officer (with leading a team). Good knowledge of audit, internal controls is a plus 
• Passion about Compliance and up-to date knowledge of the geo-political developments 
• Experience in compliance program management, monitoring, investigations, trainings 
• Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish or Dutch is an advantage
