RSM Luxembourg assists international organisations and financial actors, local businesses in all their Luxembourg tax, accountancy, fund management & administration, audit and payroll needs.

Your role:

You will manage a team of clients advisors and be in charge of a portfolio of financial companies, covering all accounting, reporting, legal as well as tax aspects. You will take responsibility for the quality of the team’s output and make sure that the ongoing follow-up of the companies is seamless with all tasks being executed accurately and on time. 

You will participate in the overall management of our firm and contribute to our future development.

Your profile:

  • University degree in economics, accounting, finance or law;
  • Sound knowledge of Luxembourg accounting matters;
  • Corporate law and tax matters knowledge would be an advantage;
  • You have a successful and relevant experience of at least 5 years in a similar position;
  • Analytical mind with strong sense of providing high quality output;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Effective time management and organisational skills;
  • Fluency in French and English regarded as essential, with good knowledge of German or Luxembourgish considered an additional asset.
