Contract Lawyer

As a Contract Lawyer, you will be responsible for all contractual matters within the business development and technology departments. You will form a solid partnership with the project team.

Together you are responsible for executing various assignments and complying responsibilities:

• Management of tenders
• Contract negotiations and contract management
• Drafting various contracts for the development and construction of an offshore wind farm
• Risk management and risk mitigation
• Claim management and claim avoidance
• Stakeholder management
• Knowledge management
• Project-related communications.

• You have a master’s degree in law 
• You have legal professional experience in energy & construction law
• You have min. 5 years relevant working experience. Working experience within the industry or a relevant sector is considered a plus, but not a must. A strong interest however is required! 
• You are fluent in English. Knowledge of any other European language is considered an asset. 
• You are a motivated team player and yet able to work autonomously
• You have excellent communication skills
