His daily practice covers all legal and tax aspects of alternative compensation, choice of professional status and management of Human resources, including international mobility, domains which are becoming increasingly important. These aspects are essentials and become more and more complex for any corporations. Younity aims to provide a better support and optimal customer service to its clients.

Nicolas does not only deal with data protection issues but also addresses various matters such as IT contracts, outsourcing, software licenses, e-commerce, telecommunication and Internet regulations. He has over 10 years’ experience working at the international law firm Stibbe. He is also an assistant professor of media law at the University of Brussels and gives lectures at the University of Luxembourg. His arrival is an important and valuable step in increasing our offering to our clients who will face more and more related issues, notably as a result of the entry into force in 2018 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
