Dentons announced on August 3, 2026 that Christophe Delmarcelle has joined its Brussels office as Partner in the Employment and Labor practice, which the firm is launching with his arrival.
Christophe brings over two decades of experience advising national and international companies on the full spectrum of employment law, from individual and collective dismissals, transfers of undertakings and restructurings to data privacy, trade secrets, and compensation and benefits. He built and led the employment and compensation practice at Bird & Bird in Brussels for eight years, growing it into one of the market’s most recognized teams, before co-heading the practice at DKW and, since 2020, running his own niche employment law firm, DEL-Law.
He is a member of both the Brussels and Luxembourg Bars and has served as a supplemental judge at the Brussels Labor Tribunal since 2010. His work has been consistently recognized by leading legal directories, including Chambers Europe, Legal 500 and Best Lawyers, and he is a prolific author and speaker, having published extensively on stock options, data privacy in the workplace, and cross-border employment issues, and appeared regularly in Belgian business media, including L’Écho, Trends and RTBF.
