Liedekerke is delighted to announce the appointment of Jasper Bossuyt as Partner in the firm’s Tax Practice, effective 1 January 2026.
Jasper specialises in Belgian and international tax law. He advises a broad spectrum of clients on tax matters, including companies and private individuals as well as non-profit organisations and public bodies. His work covers a wide range of sectors and includes day-to-day tax advisory, tax structuring and planning, and the tax aspects of M&A, financing and reorganisation transactions. He also represents clients in tax audits and disputes before the Belgian tax authorities and courts.
Jasper has for several years been ranked as a Rising Star by ITR World Tax and as a Key Lawyer by The Legal 500, where he is described by clients as “technically skilled” and “nice to work with” and is recognised for his analytical qualities: “Jasper Bossuyt stands out. His strengths are his excellent grasp of the Belgian tax situation and his outstanding ability to give a clear and analytical overview of the situation.”
Within the Tax Practice, Jasper will continue to work closely with partner Pierre Desenfans, who has a well-established tax practice with a particular focus on tax litigation and the real estate sector. Jasper will also collaborate closely with other practice groups across the firm and play an active role in further developing Liedekerke’s Tax Practice in the Flemish market while strengthening long-term client relationships.
