Liber.ius appoints new Corporate M&A and Finance Partner in Brussels

Liber.ius welcomes Jawad Aadel as Corporate M&A and Finance partner. Jawad primarily focuses on corporate – and financial transactions. He advises companies ranging from start-ups / scale-ups to SME’s and multinationals. The clients Jawad advises regularly include entrepreneurs, financial institutions and investors, shareholders and (board of) directors. In addition, he also advises clients in coping with the variety of regulatory, governance and compliance standards and guidelines (NFRD, CSRD, OECD, CSDDD) affecting their business by ensuring the integration of best practices.

Jawad has frequently accompanied clients through the entire process of domestic or cross-border deals or projects. Drawing from his prior involvement in various business environments, Jawad has become a seasoned advisor with adaptive expertise in several sectors such as insurance & finance, automotive, commodities, aviation, and tech & software industries.

Prior to joining Liber.ius, Jawad has worked for international law firms, including secondments at leading international energy and chemical companies allowing him to bring a pragmatic and commercial approach to managing deals effectively. As Liber.ius contrinues to grow, Jawad will undoubtedly strengthen Liber.ius Corporate / M&A and Finance offering with his experience and expertise.
