PwC Legal welcomes Tom Villé as Public Law Associate Partner

Tom Villé is joining PwC Legal as Public Law Associate Partner in charge of PPP and Procurement Law.

As a graduate of Law from the KU Leuven (2006) and as a Magister Juris from the University of Oxford (2007), Tom started his career as a lawyer at DLA Piper. He then joined Eubelius in 2014 where he specialised in public economic law, such as public procurement, developing public and public-private projects and concession contracts. Tom is familiar with the legal structuring of such projects, tailor-made contract drafting and the complex rules of public procurement. He has experience in working with both local, regional and national authorities, and private companies tendering for public contracts.

Today PwC Legal welcomes Tom to reinforce its Public Law team, led by Els Empereur. Tom will help us to meet the team’s growth ambitions when it comes to PPP projects and public procurement Law.

"Els and I are very pleased to welcome Tom to our Public Law team and to develop our public law capabilities. In the context of the evolving environmental movement and economic public spending, it is crucial to strengthen our skills in that area, and in particular in public procurement".Olivier Hermand, PwC Legal’s Managing Partner
