Function

As a Corporate/M&A Associate, you will, among other responsibilities:

provide clients with a broad range of legal assistance, including in relation to M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, management incentives, corporate restructurings, and general corporate law advice, in both domestic and cross-border contexts;
offer guidance on all corporate law issues that an organisation may encounter throughout its lifecycle, in both contentious and non-contentious matters;
build and maintain excellent client relationships;
contribute to the management and development of the team; and
support the team’s growth ambitions.

Profile

A Belgian law degree which shows evidence of strong academic results.
Fluent in Dutch and an excellent knowledge (both written and verbal) of French and English.
Dynamic, hands-on attorney with the ambition to further develop the Corporate/M&A practice at Eubelius.
Not afraid to take on responsibility, a real team player and a strong communicator.
4-7 years of relevant experience.
