Associate - Employment

A well-established international law firm in Brussels is looking for an Associate to join its Employment Law practice. The team is known for its holistic HR-legal approach and strong international collaboration, allowing you to work on complex, sensitive, and often cross-border matters.

• Advise on a wide range of employment law matters, including compliance, contracts, restructurings, collective labour law, compensation & benefits, and international mobility
• Support transactional employment work, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration
• Handle conflict management matters, including negotiations and litigation
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analyses aligned with Belgian and EU employment law

• 1 to 5 years of experience in Employment Law (Belgium)
• Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university
• Excellent command of English and Dutch, with very good French
• Team player with an open and entrepreneurial mindset
