DALDEWOLF expands in Rwanda

The expected economic rebound in Rwanda, after the crisis caused by the coronavirus, will provide many cross-border opportunities for investors in East Africa and Europe. It is to serve them better, both in Kigali and in Brussels, that two leading business law firms have become partners: DALDEWOLF in the European capital and K Solutions & Partners in the capital of Rwanda.

In Rwanda

The law firm K Solutions & Partners was established in 2007 in Kigali by Adv. Eric N. Cyaga and Adv. Julien Kavaruganda after several years of practice at the Brussels Bar Association, both senior partners and their team cover banking and finance, investment funds, capital markets, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, privatization, real estate and construction, energy and natural resources, and infrastructure law, data protection law, to name a few. With the creation and development of this firm K Solutions & Partners, Adv. In Belgium

In Brussels and also in Kinshasa (Democratic Republic of Congo), where the law firm opened an office in 2018 after more than two decades of practice in the Great Lakes region (DR Congo, Rwanda, Burundi) and in West Africa with managing partner Patrick De Wolf, DALDEWOLF benefits since 1958 of a great reputation, at the forefront of handling complex cases.
