Loyens & Loeff Belgium strengthens its Corporate/M&A

Loyens & Loeff Belgium strengthens its Corporate/M&A practice with the arrival of Thomas Lenné as new partner

Thomas Lenné has joined Loyens & Loeff in Belgium as partner on 8 March 2021. He will be the fourth partner in the Corporate/M&A practice group in Brussels, next to Grégoire JakhianRobrecht Coppens and Wim Vande Velde, where he will further strengthen our corporate capabilities in Belgium. Thomas is joined by associate Florence Gypens, who has been working with him for several years.

Thomas assists Belgian and international corporate clients on all areas of corporate law, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and equity capital markets transactions.

He is recognised for his expertise in the private equity, healthcare and energy sectors. Additionally, Thomas is a native Dutch and German speaker, which will be a great addition to the Loyens & Loeff German region team.
