MODO Advocaten / Avocats is delighted to welcome Dodo Chochitaichvili as new member of its association.
Dodo Chochitaichvili, member of the Brussels Bar since 2011, has experience in litigation and arbitration in general commercial matters, including disputes involving contract law and competition law. She also assists SMEs & start-ups in various matters, such as sharing economy, digital economy and consumer protection.
Prior to joining MODO, Dodo gained experience in the Regulatory & Litigation department of an international global law firm for several years and also developed her own practice.
With her litigation and arbitration expertise in civil and commercial matters, Dodo will reinforce the different sector focus teams of MODO.
Her contribution will furthermore be bundled with the expertise of Didier Deneuter, Dominique Walravens and Régine Feltkamp to provide start-ups and SMEs with strategic-legal advice within the free think tank “Innovative Thinking”, as well as within a long-term relationship.
