International law firm Simmons & Simmons has expanded its Brussels office with the addition of employment specialist Dimitri van Uytvanck, who joins as counsel.
Dimitri joins the firm from Stibbe and brings almost ten years of employment law expertise to the firm. Dimitri has extensive experience in employment law and social security law, with a specific focus on the employment law aspects of corporate restructuring, flexible work arrangements, and privacy at the workplace. Dimitri also advises regularly on remuneration packages for executives, employee benefits schemes, and employment contracts. Clients highly appreciate Dimitri’s client-oriented and pragmatic approach. Dimitri worked for clients in different sectors such as financial institutions, life sciences, infrastructure, construction, transport, etc.
