Corporate law specialist Anne Tilleux has joined Laga as partner in Laga’s Corporate – M&A team. Anne will focus on strengthening Laga’s practice in Brussels and Belgium’s French speaking Wallonia region.
Anne Tilleux is specialised in corporate and M&A law. She joins Laga from NautaDutilh, where she served as Partner. Prior to that, Anne worked for an American law firm in Brussels and Minneapolis. She frequently publishes and speaks on selected topics of corporate law and corporate governance.
Anne Tilleux will work closely together with Benoît Feron, partner in the business law department, and David Roelens, head of Laga's Corporate - M&A practice.
