Steven De Schrijver and Thomas Daenens from Astrea have written the chapter on the Belgian legislative and regulatory approach to privacy, data protection and cybersecurity in the first issue of The Privacy, Data Protection and Cybersecurity Law Review, published in November 2014. It is part of an overview that covers the state of the legislation and policies in many jurisdictions throughout different continents and provide a much needed understanding of the many recent developments that affect many companies and individuals.
