Our client, a full-service independent Belgian leading law firm in Brussels, is looking for an Associate M&A to join the Corporate and Finance Team.

• Handling all aspects of M&A transaction practice

• Advisory on various corporate law matters in general

• Provide assistance in complex reorganisations 

• Education: Belgian law degree with very good academic results 

• Working experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in a leading law firm, with clear focus on M&A 

• Language skills: fluent in English and French, good knowledge of Dutch considered a plus

• Hands-on, client-oriented approach, commercial mindset
