Our Fraud & Compliance team

Our Fraud and Compliance Team provides assistance in the vast domain of corporate criminal law. Our team helps them with risk management, represents them in court (regarding criminal litigation) and offers assistance in a wide range of areas: insider trading and market abuse, compliance policies, internal investigations, tax fraud, anti-money laundering, etc.

We are currently looking for a mid-level associate with a strong background in Fraud & Compliance.

What we expect

We are looking for a mid-level associate who has:

• A first class Belgian law degree;
   
• Excellent academic results;
   
• 3-5 years of experience in Fraud & Compliance;
   
• An excellent command of Dutch and French, with good knowledge of English;
   
• Strong analytical and drafting skills;
   
• A hands-on and proactive mentality, someone who dares to take initiative;
   
• The ability to work independently, but is a real team player;
   
• A client-oriented approach with a pragmatic and commercial mind-set.
