My client is a Belgian independent Business Law Firm which advises Belgian & international companies on the legal aspects of their transactions, with 7 offices in Belgium: Brussels, Antwerpen, Gent, Hasselt, Kempen, Halle of Leuven.

The firm was recently created and already has a broad network of more than 4.000 clients thanks to the Consultancy company the firm is linked to, which counts more than 250 people.

• You will handle files in Corporate & M&A Law with a specific focus on transactional work
   
• You will advise both national and international companies
   
• Depending of your experience and interest, you will have the opportunity to manage a team and be the right hand of the Partner

• Master Degree in Belgian Law. Corporate Law LLM is a plus
   
• 1 to 8 years’ experience as Lawyer or Consultant in Corporate Law/M&A
   
• Dutch native. Fluent in English. Knowledge of French is a plus
   
• Hands-on & entrepreneurial mindset
