Our client is a big player in the field of (intl) Tax law with offices in Belgium, Luxembourg & Germany.

They deliver top notch services to all type of clients, on a national and international level.

Today, they are looking for a Mid-level Tax Lawyer with an expertise in VAT to join their offices in Brussels and in Flanders (flexible locations).

What will your missions and responsibilities be?

• Advise and litigate in all the aspects of VAT files
   
• Share knowledge with your colleagues
   
• Be ready to support juniors if needed
   
• Be extremely reactive when you have to face a specific deadline
   
• Be involved in Compliance aspects as well as pure legal issues

Your profile and key areas of expertise ?

• Between 3 to 6 years of experience in Indirect Tax
   
• Dutch native with good English and, at least, a good passive knowledge of French
   
• A master or postgraduate in Tax Law/Notarial Law is considered as an asset
   
• Dynamic, able to solve complex issues and bring a simple solution, communication and team player, strong analytical skills & customer service minded
