We are urgently looking for a Data Privacy and GDPR expert to join our team and advise our customers. This role includes a great variety of missions, from punctual and simple to complex and long-term ones. GOlegal is a paperless B2B legal services company that started its operations in 2017. We work for corporations, SME, non profit association and freelancers. Starting with Belgium, we just launched France and Luxembourg operations. We also operate in other jurisdiction based on clients’ needs.

Key missions:

• Audit clients in their actual compliance level & efforts;
• Define next actionable steps to progress towards higher compliance;
• Lead & coordinate all concrete efforts (draft / review GDPR documents, deliver advice, answer to specific requests, ...); 
• Manage customer relationship;
• Manage and cooperate other legal experts on missions in other fields.

The profile we look for:

• A Master in Law (Belgium);
• 2-8 years of experience in a lawfirm or in a Big 4 company;
• Relevant professional experience on GDPR assignments or a GDPR certification/Master/LLM;
• French (professional level); English (professional level); Dutch (conversational at least);

Nice to have: Other languages or fields of expertise (e.g. commercial or corporate Belgian law) are assets;
