CMS is actively looking for an associate (W/M) in order to strengthen its corporate real estate team in Brussels.

At CMS, you will have the opportunity to advise on a broad range of real estate matters, from general real estate law work to complex and demanding transactions. Our clients include domestic and non-Belgian listed and non-listed companies active in the real estate industry. 

• A genuine interest in the real estate industry;
   
• three to five years of experience.  Preferably with a first experience in the real estate or corporate department of a reputed institution or in a business law firm;
   
• French-speaking with an excellent command of English, a very good command in Dutch is an asset;
   
• You have strong analytical skills and a creative mind, you wish to take initiatives and have a real interest in business life;
   
• Accuracy and rigor are two of your qualities;
   
• You display team spirit.
