Your responsibilities as IP Attorney-at-law ?

You will advise innovative companies and be directly involved in all aspects of IP litigation, Commercial Contracts and licensing, Unfair competition, IT and technology, Media and advertising, and UPC and patent litigation.
You look after the client’s interests in court or through alternative dispute resolution.
You will work closely with colleagues from other departments at Gevers to provide clients with full IP Services.

What makes you fit the profile of IP Attorney-at-law at Gevers IP Law?

You have a degree in Law. An advanced Master’s in IP is considered a plus
You have proven experience in IP, 6-12 years
Excellent communication skills, with Dutch as mother tongue and excellent command of English and French, written and oral
Responsible, with an eye for detail
Eager to learn and flexible
Stress resistant and able to cope with tight deadlines
Motivated with a positive attitude
Able to work independently and a team-player
Client oriented and able to take part in the business development strategy of your team
