Training contract

To sustain its growth, Allen & Overy Belgium is currently looking for a Junior Associate for our Real Estate - Corporate practice in Brussels or Antwerp. The Real Estate team includes specialists in M&A, property law, banking and finance, environmental issues and planning, construction, etc. For both its Belgian and international clients, the team has particular expertise in complex acquisitions, divestments, leases, real estate financing and developments.

Who we are looking for

You obtained or will obtain a Belgian Master in Law with outstanding academic results;
You are looking to start your Bar traineeship or already have 1-2 years of experience in the Real Estate department of a reputable firm;
You have an excellent knowledge of English and French/Dutch (with a good command of the other language);
You are a team player with excellent legal capabilities, you have an entrepreneurial spirit and good communication skills.
