We’re looking for an Associate Lawyer in IP/IT and Data to start as soon as possible.

Your impact

As an Associate Lawyer in IP/IT and Data, you'll make an impact by :

  • Building the bridge between law and technology and participating in multidisciplinary and/or international teams. You will look for legal solutions to the challenges raised by the innovation of our clients.
  • Providing legal advice to our clients with respect to intellectual property, information technologies, digital products, e-commerce, cyber security, cloud, platforms, software development and licenses, data and privacy etc.
  • Assisting in drafting commercial agreements for the development, sale or purchase of IP, digital products, for e-commerce and for R&D, in the context of business partnerships,  co-development projects and the gig economy.
  • Identifying and advising on legal risks related to IP/IT and data, including in the context of due diligence for M&A projects.

Searched profile

  • Master’s degree in Law with a specialisation in IP and/or IT.
  • Between 0 and 3 years previous working experience.
  • Native Dutch or bilingual speaker, with very good language skills in English and knowledge of French.
  • Keenness to learn and a genuine interest in technology trends.
  • Good communication skills, plus the ability to work with people from a variety of backgrounds.
  • A client-oriented attitude and a dynamic drive.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills.
  • Motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
