Op 26 januari, heeft de FSMA een mededeling gepubliceerd over de “geschiktheidsverklaring”. Deze mededeling is van belang voor gereglementeerde ondernemingen die beleggingsadvies verstrekken aan niet-professionele cliënten, alsook voor ondernemingen die portefeuilles van niet-professionele cliënten beheren.
