Aankondigingen van prijsverminderingen moeten dan steeds de vorige prijs (hierna “referentieprijs”) vermelden, zijnde de laagste prijs die de onderneming in de 30 dagen onmiddellijk voorafgaand aan de prijsvermindering toepaste.
