In order to strengthen its Employment Law team led by Pierre Vanhaverbeke, FLINN is looking for an Associate Employment Law.

As Associate Employment Law you will advise clients with all their employment law issues and you will follow up on their litigation files.

• You have obtained a Masters in law degree at a Belgian University
   
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a law firm
   
• You have gained a relevant expertise in employment law (individual and collective labour law)
   
• You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch or French and a good command of the second national language and English
   
• You enjoy writing and publishing articles whether individually or as a contribution to collective works
   
• You have good drafting skills
   
• You have excellent interpersonal skills
