To strengthen their pharma-regulatory practice, HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER is looking for an Associate.

Your work will include litigation before state and civil courts, contract and advisory work in regulatory areas (also in combination with IP law) for the innovative life sciences industry (specialising in pharma, biotech, medical devices, food supplements, animal health).  You will assist companies with pricing and reimbursement advice, product qualification issues, market authorisation questions, clinical trials, advertising, compliance work, pharmaco- and materiovigilance, late life cycle management (old products, clusters, patent cliff), distribution network management, parallel imports, public procurement, GDPR, etc.

• You hold a Belgian Master in Law.
   
• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a strong interest in administrative law with a focus on the Life Sciences sector.
   
• You have a broader interest in the connection with intellectual property law.
   
• You have a client- and solution-oriented attitude and approach.
   
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch, English and French.
   
• You can work independently as well as in a team.
   
• You have social skills and are a stress-resistant team player.
