As a Manager with solid expertise in accounting, tax compliance and (information) technology, you will – together with a team of qualified professionals – be involved in a variety of both client-facing and internal projects such as:

  • rolling out multiple-territory accounting platforms
     
  • setting up and improving accounting and administrative organisations
     
  • taking initiatives to improve business processes
     
  • defining and implementing solutions for optimising financial and tax-related reporting
     
  • providing ERP compliance advice, reviews and improvements

You also constantly keep an eye out for possible issues and opportunities that are relevant for your clients. Other tasks you might be involved in include short-term financial interim management services within a client's organisation. You will work in close cooperation with colleagues from our Tax, Audit and Consulting departments.

You have:

  • a master’s degree in economics, business and/or IT, preferably supplemented with a relevant postgraduate degree
     
  • at least five to eight years of relevant experience
     
  • a strong interest in  IT (this is an absolute must) and preferably also knowledge of international GAAP (IFRS/US GAAP)
     
  • knowledge of and experience with leveraging both IT solutions and business improvements; you understand technical problems and solutions in relation to the current and future business environment
     
  • a broad and in-depth technical knowledge of at least one major ERP system (ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV or AX) and a good knowledge of other financial systems and reporting tools
     
  • experience in project management and change management; you are able to manage comprehensive change initiatives across all core components: people, process and technology
     
  • a problem-solving mentality with strong documentation, presentation and analytical skills
     
  • the ability to work independently and effectively manage your time
     
  • a goal-oriented mentality and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment
     
  • a team-player attitude and outstanding written and verbal communication skills and you are committed, flexible, accurate and eager to learn
     
  • a fluent command of English and Dutch or French
