• As a lawyer in commercial law you want to focus on contract drafting, corporate law, IP, technology and/or privacy.

• You are eager to assist companies of different sizes in a range of different industries with their legal needs.

• You have 0 to 5 years experience in commercial law.

• You are a talker. You value good communication and ensure an active follow-up of all of your projects.

• You want to advise and assist clients in their projects, negotiations and in case of conflicts.

• You hold a Master of Laws. 

• You have strong language skills (Dutch and English).
