Corporate/M&A Lawyer - Brussels

My client is a Belgian independent leading Business Law Firm counting more than 50 Lawyers in Brussels & Luxembourg.

The office based in Brussels is close to the train station and public transportation.

The firm was founded 10 years ago by Partners and their teams coming from top international law firms, and it advises Belgian & international companies on the legal aspects of their transactions and disputes. 

The bilingual Corporate/M&A practice consists today of 15 people: 5 Partners & 10 Associate Lawyers. You will work with the French speaking Partners & Associates.

• You will handle M&A transactions and company restructurings, private equity and venture capital transactions
   
• You will advise investment funds, venture capital firms and target companies in the structuration of financing rounds, acquisitions and divestures, joint ventures and other related corporate transactions, including the negotiation of shareholders agreements and investment agreements

• Master Degree in Belgian Law. LLM in Corporate Law is a plus
   
• 3 to 8 years ‘experience as Corporate/M&A Lawyer
   
• French native. Fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch
