We are currently looking for a trademark attorney with a strong domestic and European practice. You will be offering practical and commercial solutions to clients ranging form locals to the world's largest multinational corporations. Together with a team in the United States you will be heavily involved in building an excellent commercial track record. 

You will be part of a IP-team considered as one of the best, with experience in patentlaw, trademark, copyright, software and other types of IP-law. You will regulary give advice on portfolio management, IP-related contract, audits and other transactional work. You will prosecute Benelux and EU-trademarks and are willing to team up with lawyers for civil court ligitation. 

• You are a trademark attorney with 4 years experience
• You have a high attention to detail
• You have a proven ability to lead, innovate and improvise
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
