In order to strengthen our Corporate HR Team, we are looking to recruit an HR Legal (C&B) Expert.

In order to strengthen our Corporate HR Team, we are looking to recruit an HR Legal (C&B) Expert.

Accountabilities:

• Review HR policies, regulations and guidelines, considering (KPMG internal and external) policy changes, best practices and regulatory and legal changes. Monitor the implementation and application of the HR policies and guidelines within the organization in close cooperation with HR stakeholders;
• Take care of the expat community in consultation with our tax department and in close collaboration with the payroll team;
• Follow up on issues with regard to personnel files to ensure that the best possible service is offered to stakeholders (internal employees, managers, directors and partners);
• Follow the HR trends and developments in employment law and if necessary take care of translation and implementation in consultation with HR experts;
• Ensure day to day legal compliance in all HR related matters from hire to retire and in all GDPR/Data Privacy related matters;
• Conduct salary surveys, prepare reports and make recommendations based on market data analysis (salary surveys, benchmarks…);
• Provide subject matter expertise and operational process support during the annual salary review and bonus process;
• Provide day to day legal support to the HR team (drafting annexes, follow-up on the working rules,…)
• Engage in a variety of projects to increase the HR related efficiency and effectiveness

• You hold a master/bachelor degree in social law/legal or equivalent by experience;
• You have 3 years relevant experience;
• Having a thorough knowledge of Belgian social legislation;
• You have a “can do” spirit: you’re a self-starter who prefers to work autonomously but in a team, you’re clearly result-oriented and you can easily adapt to shifting priorities, working with a variety of stakeholders;
• You have relevant experience in working in a project mode;
• You’re eager to learn and grow. You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
