Our client is one of the biggest Law Firms in Belgium with different offices in the country.

They are well known for being active in different law areas in Business law and deliver top notch services to their clients, individuals, large companies & governments, SME and start-ups.

Today, they are looking for a Project Finance Lawyer to join their team.

What will your missions and responsibilities be?

• You will help the trainees in their development
   
• You will review, negotiate and draft tailor-made agreements
•  
• You will see the situation in the big picture and broaden your view
   
• You will assist and advise clients
   
• You will liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth running of a full service law firm

Your profile and key areas of expertise ?

• Master of Laws, any extra LLM is an advantage
   
• Between 3 to 8 years of experience in Financial Law
   
• You are a true team-player but you can also work on your own
   
• You are an expert with real analytical skills and good communication skills
   
• You are a Dutch native speaker with an good command of French & English
