Our client is an independent Belgian Law firm specialized in different sectors, they work with a multidisciplinary approach.

Their lawyers are highly specialized and passionate about working on challenging files and sharing their knowledge.

Today, they are looking for a mid-level Employment lawyer to join their team in Brussels.

What will your missions and responsibilities be?

• Advise your clients being both from the private and public sector
   
• Draft memos and contracts
   
• Handle litigation files if an extra judicial agreement could not be reached
   
• Do researches in various legal databases specialized in employment law/social law
   
• Contribute to the improvement of the current services by bringing new ideas
   
• Be in touch with public actors like embassies or other international actors
   
• Liaise with other departments or external actors if the case is multidisciplinary

Your profile and key areas of expertise?

• Between 3 to 7 years of experience in Employment law
   
• An interest in international law aspects and its impact on the Belgian Employment Law legislation
   
• Dutch native speaker with an excellent command of English, passive knowledge of French
   
• Down on earth, passionate about finding ad hoc solutions taking every aspects of the situation in consideration
   
• Good drafting skills, clear communication, able to work alone and in a team
