You will be part of the Corporate team (currently 50 lawyers lawyers) within the Business Law department where you will assist both Belgian and international clients in the field of corporate law, with a focus on M&A and private equity as well as various aspects of capital markets. You will also be involved in the financial services industry group of Deloitte. You are a genuine team player and will closely work together with the other members of the team.

• you obtained your law degree with outstanding results – additional qualifications or international experience (Manama/LLM/MBA) are great assets
   
• you have around 6-8 years of relevant experience in a reputed law firm
   
• your verbal and written communication is professional, thoughtful and effective – you master French and English fluently with a deep knowledge of Dutch
   
• you approach complex legal questions with an innovative mindset
   
• you embrace technology and are keen to explore how disruptive trends will shape the future of the legal profession
   
• you are naturally curious about the socio-economic developments that keep your clients up at night
   
• promising talent with a sense of humor, team player and strong communication skills
   
• your main office location will be Boitsfort, and you will also join on a regular basis the teams in Gateway, Zaventem (Brussels)
