DALDEWOLF’s team of specialists in corporate and financial law is co-led by Patrick De Wolf and Fabian Tchékémian. The team’s activity focuses on the transactional side of the field (private equity, capital market transactions, shareholders’ agreements, stock option plans, due diligence procedures, share transfers) and restructuring operations (mergers, demergers, contributions or sales of business branches, conversion into another corporate form). There are also numerous cross-border transactions in support of the China, US and Italian desks and in the context of activities on the African continent.

DALDEWOLF is currently looking for an Associate Corporate M&A to join its team.

You will be part of the Corporate M&A practice of DALDEWOLF.  You will, among others:

• advise clients in different aspects of transactions;
   
• advise clients on all aspects of corporate law, including drafting and negotiating all types of agreements.

• You hold a Belgian master’s degree in law and have strong academic credentials.
   
• You are passionate for corporate law and international transactions.
   
• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in this domain.
   
• You are fluent in Dutch and English; a strong command of French is an asset.
   
• You work well both in team and individually.
