Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our recruitment team in project planning, coordination, and execution 
  • Conduct research and analysis to support recruitment projects and identify potential candidates 
  • Manage and maintain the company's database of candidates and their qualifications, including managing the ATS and ensuring data accuracy and integrity 
  • Provide administrative and technical support to the recruitment team as needed 
  • Assist with automating the recruitment process, including developing workflows and creating algorithms and templates to streamline the process 
  • Draft guidelines and best practices for the recruitment team to ensure consistency and efficiency in the recruitment process 
  • Ensure that the recruitment team has access to optimal and up-to-date drafts and templates for various recruitment-related documents 
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, and monitor progress against project deliverables 
  • Help manage the recruitment team's social media presence and assist with marketing initiatives


  • Legal background, either through legal education or working experience in a legal setting
  • Strong analytical thinking, organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with various business software, including automation and process improvement tools, diagramming, image editing, document formatting and templates cretion, is also preferred
