About our client

My client is a renowned & innovative global Law firm, with more than 20 offices around the world. Due to strong growth, I am currently strengthening its team with an Employment lawyer.

Your responsibilities

As a member of the employment law team you will be dealing with employment law in the broadest sense, handeling interesting and complex legal issues both on an advisory and a litigation level. The employment practice is a mature and well established department that functions autonomously from the corporate practice of the firm.
You will be providing legal service of highest quality for high-profile Belgian and multinational clients in relation to employment conditions and remuneration policies, dismissal law, reorganisations, labor disputes, employee participation, etc.

Your profile

You have obtained a Belgian Master in Law, with excellent grades at university
You have ideally 1 up to 5 years of experience as an employment lawyer in a renowned law firm
You are passionate about employment law in the broadest sense and have experience in both advisory and litigation work
You have a native level of Dutch and/or French and excellent level of English
You are eager to work in a proactive and stimulating environment
You are highly motivated to be a part of a hands-on & entrepreneurial team with in-dept legal expertise
You have strong analytical and interpersonal skills
