Description de la société

In 1999, Crowell & Moring extended its capabilities into Europe by opening its Brussels office. Today, the Brussels office has grown into a strong domestic and European practice that brings together some 30 lawyers operating across a number of practice areas and jurisdictions.

In our Brussels office, we offer pragmatic, commercial solutions to the challenges facing a range of clients, from local SMEs to large multinational corporations. Together with our colleagues in the U.S. and London, we provide a one-stop shop for our international clients.

A paralegal in a law firm must fulfill a wide variety of tasks. Especially when it comes to a newly created position like at Crowell & Moring Brussels. The job is in any case varied and challenging as demonstrated from the job profile. The great advantage is that you can help shape this new profile yourself.

We expect our paralegal to have a combination of legal knowledge with strong organizational and administrative skills. We are looking for someone who can work accurately but also maintains a broader overview; someone who is flexible and stress-resistant; someone who communicates fluently in writing and orally.

You will support our lawyers in carrying out the legal, administrative and practical aspects of their work, assisting them in, among other things:

  • Developing, validating, maintaining and communicating legal templates.
  • Legal search of databases and other sources.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with the US Practice Support Team.
  • Responsibility for tracking and maintaining attestations, forms, etc. in the context of AML, KYC, GDPR, etc.
