Le 17 juin 2021, une proposition de loi allongeant le congé de deuil accordé lors du décès du partenaire ou d’un enfant et flexibilisant la prise du congé de deuil a été adoptée au Parlement. L’objectif de cette loi est d’accorder suffisamment de temps, sur un plan médical, pour favoriser un travail de deuil naturel et normal.
