Fieldfisher strengthens Brussels transactional practice with Banking and Finance Partner

European law firm Fieldfisher is pleased to announce the launch of its Brussels Banking and Finance Practice with the appointment of Sofie Heremans as Partner in its Brussels office.

Over the course of a 12-year career in highly reputed international law firms, Sofie Heremans has acquired an excellent reputation as a strategic advisor for banking and finance matters, with a focus on acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance, general corporate lending and financial restructurings. Her work was recognised last year by The Legal 500 directory, which ranked Sofie as "Next Generation Lawyer".

Sofie joins Fieldfisher from Stibbe where she spent 8 years in the banking and finance team.
