Liedekerke welcomes Lievin De Wulf to the partnership

Liedekerke is very pleased to announce the appointment of Lievin De Wulf as Tax partner,  effective 2 January 2020.

Lievin will be working seamlessly with the firm’s other practices, as he will be dealing with all aspects of tax law for a broad range of the firm’s Belgian and international clients in advisory as well as litigation work. His role will be key in supporting all types of transactions that our clients entrust us with, from corporate, through finance, commercial and real estate transactions.

Lievin has expertise in all aspects of Belgian and international tax matters. His practice focuses on Belgian and international tax advisory, transactional and structuring work. This includes tax consultancy in the fields of international tax planning, corporate finance, M&A, joint ventures, and real estate transactions.

Throughout the years, he has also gained an extensive experience in requesting advance tax rulings, advising on employee incentive plans and estate planning.

In addition, Lievin assists Belgian and international clients with respect to administrative tax disputes and tax litigation before the Belgian courts and tribunals.

Admitted to the Brussels Bar, Lievin has been practicing tax law for more than 20 years. He holds a Master of Laws diploma from the KULeuven (1996) and obtained his law degree at the UNamur – FUNDP (1993). He also holds an LLM in Tax Law from the VUB (1997).
